In cooperation with PhilRealty Global Marketing, Inc., we endeavor to offer affordable yet quality homes to Filipinos locally and abroad. Our goal is to make the house construction process hassle-free for you while at the same time help you save money at our comparably affordable pricing. Our construction system is designed for Filipinos abroad using the latest home design and construction materials so you are assured of quality not just savings.

To make it hassle-free for you, our process involves the following:

• Specification-Design Stage - since almost always you already have an idea of what your dream house is, our first step in the process is to meet with you to conceptualize, visualize, and to put into architectural drawings specifications whatever you have in mind. We get your requirements and we also give advice of what's beautiful and any latest trends in the industry.
• Legal Processing Stage - we do the paper work for you, processing of legal requirements like building permits, etc. so the construction begins as soon as possible.
• Construction Stage - we build the house according to agreed construction period. During this stage, we strive to keep you from worrying even when you're not based here in the Philippines by:
  • regularly updating you with pictures of your house every 2 weeks through email,
  • allowing you to designate a trusted relative or representative to check the actual construction of the house and the materials that will be used. All material specifications will be attached to the contract so that your relative could check regularly.
