Philrealty is actually the first real estate company being franchised in the country. Part of our vision is to have as many inventories all over the Philippines and we can only achieve it by having partners/ franchisees to 92 key locations in the Philippines.

Our target market is the 12 to 15 Million Filipinos abroad which will be going to acquire properties back in the Philippines and our local 'kababayans' who are looking for a place to call home. One of our company's major marketing strategy is through the internet which reaches the whole of the world! We all know that when someone wants something, s/he would just go straight to google or yahoo and type it in. We charge an initial Franchise fee upon your signing the Franchise Agreement in the amount of P 100,000 to P 300,000 depending on the area. The term of the franchise agreement is for 5 years, renewable for another 5 years without renewal fee.

• Category B P 200,000.00
• Category C P 100,000.00

You have to invest in a prestigious office, which has to be at least 50 square meter for Franchises of Category A, 35 square meter for Franchises of Category B and at least 24 square meter for Franchisee of Category C, and furnish the same with Computers, meeting room, etc.

You'll receive training on how to deal with clients, organize a strong sales force, how to get good listings and how to utilize the PhilRealty Global Marketing System for your daily dealings in the real estate business. Royalty of 10% has to be paid from derived commissions.
