Playa Laiya is a residential and leisure resort community located in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas. It is accessible 2.5 hours drive from Manila, or 1 hour drive from Lipa City and San Pablo. It is near other resorts such as the Kabayan, Virgin Beach, Blue Coral, Palm Beach and many others.
