PhilRealty Global Marketing, together with In-A-Jiffy Enterprise, the company that exclusively markets the WOW Magic Sing, is pleased to launch the Gadget Giveaway Promo starting May 15, 2007 until June 30, 2007. This is our simple way of saying thank you to all our valuable clients.

Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo runs from May 15, 2007 to June 30, 2007.
2. Promo is open to all buyers of properties sold through Philrealty Global Marketing, Inc. (PGMI) agents during the promo period.
3. Buyers must purchase of any property worth P1.5M up to avail of free gadget:
1. Property Contract Price is between P1.5M to P3M – Free Ipod Shuffle.
2. Property Contract Price is above P3M – Free WOW Magic Sing (Silver Fiesta Edition)
4. Buyers must at least pay the reservation fee during the promo period to qualify for the promo. PGMI will issue a letter to the buyer upon reservation informing that he/she qualifies for the promo.
5. The free gadget shall be given to the buyer when the required downpayment is fully paid.
6. Buyer will still be entitled to receive the free gadget if he/she has completed the required downpayment beyond the promo period as long as the reservation fee was paid during the promo period.
