It is exciting as when you’re in a huge shopping mall, so ready to raid each and every stall to find the perfect outfit but who knows walking for hours, scrutinizing everything can be tiring at the same time? Now, how do we actually help you?
 
1.) Once we get your online inquiry, what do we do?
Our communication department and the property specialists carefully read your inquiry and try their best to get back to you within 24 hours. We have prepared canned replies already per property/ project for more efficiency but we make sure to tweak and edit it to make it personalized. We make sure as well to answer all of your questions. But there would be cases that the details that you were asking still needs to be updated from the developer or from the owner, with this it requires a bit more time but be assured that we will inform you. You could ask us anything that you need to know, it is our pleasure to answer all of them.
 
Note: We get 80% of our inquiries through our website.
 
2.) When all the information has been provided for, what’s next?
If you are satisfied with all the details that were provided, you can now decide to view the property. You may ask if there’s anything that you should be bringing with you, well in the normal sales process, it is advisable to bring a cheque just in case you have decided so you’ll be able to reserve it right there and there. But, if you are not in a hurry, there’s no need.
During the tripping, we’ll be touring you at the site, may it be a house and lot, model units (for pre-selling condominium unit), actual condo units, etc. For other cases, we’ll be touring you in multiple sites.
Take note, we do free tripping and there’s no commitment. We give you time to decide. No pressure.
 
3.) After tripping, we then help you decide. Consult us. Be assured that there will be no bias since we are just the mediator and we still have other listings to offer. But if you liked it, you should get it since some nice properties don’t come very often.
 
4.) During purchase. We facilitate in the documentation from the reservation, signing of contracts, negotiations with the bank (if bank loan), and transfer of title (for resales).
